Biography
Dr Louisa Gordon is a Senior Research Fellow and health economist. She holds degrees in economics and public health. For the past 12 years has been working in the area of population health and health services for patients with cancer. Louisa’s key research focus is undertaking economic evaluations of disease prevention programs, new technologies and strategies for improving health care outcomes. Since joining Griffith University in January 2011, Louisa has been part of the health technology assessment team producing reports for the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee (PBAC) and Medical Services Advisory Committee (MSAC).
